Ammonia Desulfurization

Utilize liquid ammonia or ammonia water, remove SO2 of the flue gas, while generating high quality NH4SO3. Particularly suitable for end gas SO2 loss of large-scale thermal generator set & chemical enterprise burn high-sulfur fuel, at the same time of using the waste ammonia desulfurization, produce high-quality & high-purity NH4SO4.

Chemical reaction:

SO2+(NH4)2SO3+H2O→2NH4HSO3

NH3+NH4HSO3→(NH4)2SO3

2(NH4)SO3+O2→2(NH4)2SO4

1. 50MW and above large or medium-size unit building and alteration

2. City gas desulfurization device

3. sulfur content 0.5 -- 5% or more in the fuel

5. Desulfurization efficiency requirements of more than 95%

6. surrounding areas unit has fertilizer plant to produce synthetic ammonia
