Application:
The vibration exciter is widely used for material screening process on vibrating screen, vibrating feeder and other types of equipment, various model exciters are available for 50-650Kn excited force and 10-25Hz frequency for Design Engineering to choose. It can be used in extremely harsh environment applications, now in the world in coal preparation, mineral processing and other factories have thousands of equipments in a stable and reliable operation.
Different with vibration motor, the advantage of using UE series exciter is to produce a linear directional exciting force, vibration device generates more definitive linear force and mechanical loads, the best mechanical strength can get the best mechanical properties. Should select model and parameter of exciter based on different materials proportion.

Cabinets equipped with axle shaft and driven shaft, the shaft ends have a pair of identical weight imbalance blocks (eccentric), the drive motor drives the axle shaft rotates, through gear pairs, the driven shaft with relative and synchronous rotation, use unbalanced weight generated centrifugal force when transferred, exciter generate directed excitation force. By adjusting the eccentric rotation speed and the number of counterweight blocks and blocks position to change the imbalance swing weight to resize the excitation force and working moment. Sealed cabinets filling with gear oil, gear and bearing lubrication and cooling, ensuring smooth transmission, reliable operation.
Two identical eccentric blocks synchronously rotate in different direction, at each instant position, centrifugal force of the two axles generated along the X- direction always cancel each other ,but the force along the Y-direction always superimposed with each other, thus formed along the Y direction reciprocating vibration force, rely on this power-driven body to linear vibrating. As can be seen from Figure 2, when the two eccentric blocks run to position (1) and (3), centrifugal force completely superimposed, exciting force is the maximum; when they run to position (2) and (4), the centrifugal force completely cancellation, exciting force is zero.
